My thanks once again to Stan Bousson who has become both a mentor and a friend through my local camera club. He is an awesome wildlife photographer and you have seen his pictures linked from both this blog and Lisa from Blackwater Refuge featured his series of photos called The Steal.

This year Stan asked permission form a local farmer to install a camera in a tree with an active Bald Eagles nest. The location is secret but he has given me permission to share these photos with you:
